SnazzyPDF Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SnazzyPDF ("we," "us," "our services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using SnazzyPDF, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Services Provided
SnazzyPDF provides tools to convert data from JSON format to PDF documents and other related services. The features and scope of services may change at our discretion.
4. Subscription Plans
We offer Free, Basic, Business, and Enterprise subscription plans. Details about these plans, including usage limits and pricing, are available on the "pricing" section of our website. By subscribing to any plan, you agree to the terms and fees associated with it.
5. User Accounts
To access certain features of SnazzyPDF, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information, including your password, secure and confidential. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Payment and Billing
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. Fees are billed monthly, and all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you exceed your plan's limits, additional charges may apply.
7. Upgrades and Downgrades
When you upgrade your plan, your default payment method will be automatically charged. The cost will be adjusted to account for any unused time left in your current subscription.
You will also be immediately invoiced for any use exceeding the quota of your current plan. After that, your quota will be reset and matched with the new plan.
When you downgrade your plan, you will have access to the current plan until the end of the subscription period.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SnazzyPDF at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms of Service. If your account is terminated, you will lose access to all services and data associated with your account.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property on SnazzyPDF are the property of SnazzyPDF or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of these materials without our prior written consent.
10. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using SnazzyPDF. By using our service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.
11. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use SnazzyPDF for any illegal activities or to interfere with or disrupt our services. This includes attempting to hack our systems or accessing data you are not authorized to access.
12. Limitation of Liability
SnazzyPDF is provided "as is" and "as available", and we make no guarantees regarding its performance or reliability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnazzyPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
13. Customer Support
Users subscribed to the Business or Enterprise plans are entitled to customer support. Support requests can be submitted through e-mail to support@snazzypdf.com, and we will make every effort to respond promptly. Support availability and response times may vary depending on the plan.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website or through other communication methods. Your continued use of SnazzyPDF after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
